This is my first time to BURN I.T. Do you have any specials?
Yes, from time to time, we do have specials. They will be posted through MINDBODY.
Do you have student discounts?
Yes we offer student discounts as well as discounts for law enforcement, military and seniors. Please speak to our front desk staff for more information.
What if I can’t make it to class?
Cancellations must be made online through MINDBODY. It’s important that you cancel your reservation 12 hours prior to the start of class. If you don’t, you’ll be charged for the class. For those with monthly or annual packages, a day will be deducted from your package.
Do you have locker rooms and showers?
We have lockers to store your belongings and a restroom that also doubles as a changing room, as needed.
What should I wear?
Wear workout clothing and athletic shoes.
How often to I need to take class to see results?
Depending on your fitness goals, we recommended taking classes a minimum of two times per week.
Who can take BURN I.T. Fitness classes?
Anyone! Our classes can be tailored to various ages and fitness levels.
What if I have injuries?
Consult with your doctor before taking any class with an injury. BURN I.T. classes can be modified for injured students. Please speak with your instructor about your injury before class begins and note any health concerns on your waiver.
Can I attend class during pregnancy?
Yes, and as needed, the instructor will help design appropriate modifications. Please let the instructor know if modifications are needed.
